About Us
Kathryn and Jon are a husband and wife team of short term rental real estate developers, specializing in top notch property management. Originally from Canada, we lived in Los Angeles for 15 years before moving to the village of Fallbrook in North San Diego County, where we currently live with our two teen girls and giant dogs.
Southern California Vacation Homes was born of a need to elevate the short term rental experience for both the homeowner and the guest. To make the experience as a guest seamless and special, while ensuring the property owner is maximizing their ROI. As creatives, we are deeply invested in the experience we provide for guests and owners.
